Q1: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Q2: How do I request a return or refund?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why ? Because returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture with the detailed problem on store@promaxdxb.com. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it accordingly.
